Anthony is Affinda's Head of Growth and leads go-to-market and product-led execution, helping enterprises automate the critical, document-heavy parts of their business using IDP and agentic AI. He works with CIOs, CFOs and operations leaders to turn complex, paper-based workflows into fast, accurate and measurable processes – without long rollout cycles. His work centers on pairing a powerful IDP platform with pragmatic AI adoption: ship value quickly, then scale safely. Before joining Affinda, he held roles in growth, consulting and capital markets, giving him a blend of commercial, technical and change-management skills. When he’s not untangling documents, he’s probably talking about RAG, model memory and why accuracy, time-to-value and flexibility shouldn’t be a trade-off.
