About me

Charlie Bellingham is General Manager for Affinda’s intelligent document processing and agentic AI platform. In this role, he helps organizations transform document-heavy workflows by turning PDFs, emails and forms into stable, accurate structured data that teams can actually use. Charlie’s experience spans enterprises and startups, across strategy, product and commercial functions. He’s as comfortable digging into how models and workflows behave as he is stepping back to evaluate business outcomes, risk and customer impact.

At Affinda, he works closely with customers, engineers and designers to identify which document problems matter most, design products that handle messy real-world constraints and deliver changes that genuinely shift the metrics – not just expand feature lists.
