Charlie Bellingham is General Manager for Affinda’s intelligent document processing and agentic AI platform. He helps organizations make sense of document-heavy workflows by turning PDFs, emails and forms into stable, accurate structured data teams can rely on. With experience across enterprises and startups in strategy, product and commercial roles, Charlie balances deep technical understanding with a focus on business outcomes, risk and customer value. At Affinda, he partners with customers, engineers and designers to identify high-impact document problems, design products that work in messy real-world environments and deliver changes that meaningfully shift the metrics – not just add features.
Defining the roadmap for Affinda’s intelligent document processing platform so organizations can automate end-to-end workflows – not just single extraction steps – and see measurable improvements in accuracy, speed and unit economics.
Using data to prioritize what gets built, from opportunity sizing and funnel analysis to pricing, packaging and usage insights. Favoring experiments with clear success criteria over vague “nice to have” features.
Working with enterprise customers to map document journeys, quantify the cost of manual work and design AI-powered workflows that are auditable, safe and impactful. That means choosing the highest-value use cases first, proving results with numbers and iterating rather than relying on a single big launch.
