Sharmen Rajendran

Sharmen Rajendran is Affinda’s Sales Director for Resume Parser, where he helps job boards, ATS providers and HR SaaS companies use AI to improve how they parse resumes and match candidates to roles. With a PhD in Chemical Engineering and experience across several industries, he brings a strong technical and commercial lens to Affinda. Sharmen works closely with product and customer success teams to keep the solution market-leading and ensure customer needs are met quickly. Based in Melbourne, he supports customers across global time zones and has played a key role in the product’s growth since its launch in 2021.
