On the customer side, she leads solution design – mapping journeys, building document workflows and instrumenting metrics so impact is visible and time to value stays short. On the product side, she turns those learnings into features: ideating with users, shaping customer journeys and experience, and coordinating engineering, marketing and sales so the right problems get built, launched and adopted.

Her focus is practical AI: LLM agents where they help, guardrails where they’re needed and feedback loops, so accuracy keeps improving across any document type or industry.
